"“The commitment and professionalism shown both by the young people who were performing and those who organise and run the CYWO is incredible and everyone concerned is to be commended. So oftern young people are seen in a negative light and it was an absolute pleasure to have the privilidge of attending such an event. These young people showed amazig talent and real commitment, whilst at the same time studying for exams and only meeting up a few times during the year. We are already looking forward to next year and being involved with this wonderful organisation and the people who make it all possible.”

Annual Festival of String Workshops Hailed as a Success by Pupils and Parents Across the County

During the week beginning February 6th, area string teams from Music Cornwall once again provided a series of workshops for beginner players; with more than 280 children taking part, involving over 40 primary schools across the length and breadth of our county.
